Weekends Are For Business!
What Are The Best Days To Drive Conversions?
Do marketing campaigns convert better during the weekends? How many Executives have recommended running campaigns exclusively on Monday to Friday?
Today I came across a very interesting piece of insight. One of my clients decided to leave a social campaign running for all of July (including weekends). This might have been exclusively by oversight, but what happened next came to the surprise of everyone..
We started seeing more conversions on the weekends than we did during the weekdays! This unnatural experience in the B2B world had once been limited to spurts during the most festive of seasons, but no.. It seems to be the new standard. So in order for me to prove my theory, we ran an email campaign along side a social one. The same results were achieved.
I took it one step further and reviewed campaigns from 2013, 2014 and 2015 and found the same results over and over again.
Audience Definitions Cost: US$ 17,715 Impressions: 697,860 Clicks: 3,170 CPC: US$ 5.58 Conversions: Confidential = )
Case. Point. Proof. We learn to walk by falling down.
